We take great pride in cultivating our microgreens and mushrooms within our 2500-square-foot greenhouse, employing aquaponics to enhance nutrient levels and offer natural fertilization. This ensures you receive the freshest produce, grown and harvested sustainably, free from harmful chemicals or pesticides.
Grown-to-Order Microgreens & Mushrooms
Pre-order by 8 pm for next-day pickup at the farm or farmers' market, or opt for local delivery within 15 miles of Camby on Monday & Thursday (additional $7.50 fee applies).
Farmers' Markets
Pre-order in advance for farmers' market pickup at the Morgan County Farmers' Market every Tuesday & Saturday, or the Plainfield Farmers' Market every Wednesday.
Wholesale
Chefs, restaurants, and grocers are invited to shop online and place orders for farm pickup or local delivery throughout the week. Please note: orders will take 2-3 weeks for fulfillment since everything is grown to order!
